Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #7, and City of Chicago
Administrative Law Judge Anna Hamburg-Gal issued a Recommended Decision and Order. Charging Parties filed exceptions and Respondent responded to those exceptions. On April 14, 2022, the Board held the matter in abeyance pending the outcome of a related matter, Fraternal Order of Police v. City of Chicago, et al., 1-22-0346, in the Illinois Appellate Court, First District.
Charging Parties notified the Board pf the Appellate Court’s Decision in 1-22-0346.
