Adult use cannabis sales figures for May 2024 have been released, showing a total of 4,112,540 items sold. The sales amounted to $113,119,777.82 from in-state residents and $33,109,799.17 from out-of-state residents, bringing the total sales to $146,229,576.98.

In comparison to the previous months of 2024:

- January saw 3,551,727 items sold with total sales of $133,787,753.89.

- February recorded 3,636,925 items sold totaling $135,571,931.44.

- March had 4,048,897 items sold amounting to $148,872,065.12.

- April registered 4,140,350 items sold with total sales of $144,511,466.85.
