The Illinois State Fair Grandstand Box Office will offer extended hours for in-person ticket purchases on Thursday, July 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Saturday, July 27, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Regular box office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets can also be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com, but additional fees can be avoided by buying directly at the box office.

In addition to concert tickets, fairgoers can purchase tickets for events at The Arena, including the Illinois State Fair Rodeo (August 10), ITPA Truck and Tractor Pulls (August 12-14), Demolition Derby (August 17), USAC Silver Crown Racing Series (August 17), and ARCA Super Series (August 18).

"The 2024 Illinois State Fair is fun for the whole family," said Jerry Costello II, Director of the Illinois Department of Agriculture. "Extended box office hours make it easier to come out and buy tickets in person to save money."

At the Emmerson Building, Mega Passes, Jumbo Passes, admission booklets, and parking passes are available at discounted rates until July 31. The Mega Pass costs $80 while the Jumbo Pass costs $90; both prices will increase by $20 starting August 1.

For $45, an Admission Book provides entry on any day of the fair for up to eleven days. A Seasonal Infield Parking Pass is available for $40 and covers parking for all eleven days.

"This is the last week to get Mega Passes and Jumbo Passes before the prices increase in August," said Rebecca Clark, Illinois State Fair Manager. "We encourage families to take advantage of this opportunity to make summer fun affordable with these discounts."

Those who have already purchased a Mega or Jumbo pass can avoid long lines by picking up their passes at the Emmerson Building during regular or extended hours.

Grandstand concerts include performances by Keith Urban with Mackenzie Porter on August 9 ($85-$150), Mötley Crüe on August 10 ($88-$165), Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit with Ashley McBryde on August 11 ($38-$103), Jordan Davis with Ashley Cooke on August 13 ($39-$104), Lil Wayne on August 14 ($60-$125), Jonas Brothers on August 15 ($85-$150), The Smashing Pumpkins with PVRIS on August 16 ($55-$125), and Miranda Lambert with Gavin Adcock on August 17 ($85-$150). A Pre-Show Party ticket upgrade is available for an additional $30.
