Bourbonnais - Susan T. Wroblewski, age 69, of Bourbonnais, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at Ascension St. Mary's Hospital in Kankakee. Born on November 30, 1954, in Blue Island, Susan was the daughter of Frank and Evelyn Kubicki. She was married to Steven T. Wroblewski on June 26, 1976, in Blue Island. Susan worked as a real estate assistant and in Human Resources at Carson Pirie Scott. She found joy in shopping, outdoor activities, flower arranging, and watching the Hallmark Channel. Susan cherished spending time with friends, visiting her apartment in Indianapolis, and traveling with her late husband and family, especially to the beach. Above all, Susan treasured moments with her grandchildren and attending their events.

A parishioner of Maternity B.V.M. Catholic Church in Bourbonnais, Susan is survived by her daughters Rebecca Snipes and Kristin Weaver, sister Janet Kemper, four grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and an uncle. She is preceded in death by her husband, Steven T. Wroblewski, parents, grandson Austin Weaver, and a brother-in-law.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2024, from 4-7 p.m. at Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home in Bourbonnais. A memorial Mass is scheduled for Friday, November 8, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Maternity B.V.M. Catholic Church, with inurnment to follow at All Saints Cemetery in Bourbonnais. Memorial donations may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Susan T. Wroblewski will be remembered for her love of family, zest for life, and dedication to her community and faith.
