Brenda Jo Bumpous | R W Patterson Funeral Homes & Crematory
Brenda Jo Bumpous (nee Evans), aged 75, of Braidwood, IL, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at Morris Hospital in Morris, IL. She was born on September 10, 1949, to the late Donald LeRoy and Virginia Rose Evans. Brenda held positions as a Manager at McDonald's and a Receptionist at Dr. Milton’s office. She is survived by her husband, Paul Bumpous; son, William “Bopper” (Shawn) Welsh III of Wilmington; grandchildren Whitney, D.J., Marcus, and Zach; great-grandchildren Bentley, Bryson, and Beckham; son-in-law John Harvey of Braidwood; sister-in-law, Susie Evans of Wilmington; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Melissa Lee Harvey, brother Wally Don Evans, and sister Donna (Charles) Ward. Cremation rites have been accorded, and services will be private.
