Survived by his wife of 60 years, Mary Jane, his children Kathleen (Michael) Guglielmucci, Lisa (James) Hurd, and John (Debra) Birsa Jr., and many other cherished relatives, Jack's memory will be treasured by all who knew him.

A graduate of Joliet Catholic High School, Jack served in the United States Navy following his graduation. Devoted to his family, Jack married Mary Jane on May 9, 1964, and shared a beautiful life together. Jack worked at Caterpillar as a machinist, dedicating over 33 years to his trade.
