Fabian A. "Tony" Ortiz, 85, dedicated father to Laurie Ortiz, Sharon Gnilka, and Michael Ortiz, passed away. Survived by grandchildren Elyse, John, Joseph, Michelle, Jennifer, and Michael, and great-grandchildren Evelyn, Jack, Gwendolyn, Alyssa, Shaelynn, Karsyn, and Tampa. Son of the late Fabian and Louise Ortiz, and brother to Barbara, Linda, Dolly, Frank, Arlene, Renee, Baby, and Marie. Ortiz found happiness on the water. A visitation and Prayer Service will be held at Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home in Orland Park, IL on Saturday. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Memories can be shared on Tony's Tribute Wall on the funeral home's website. Funeral arrangements are handled by Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home. Contributions and remembrances for the family can be shared on the Tribute Wall.
