ALIYA on 87th, also located in Chicago, received fines totaling $75,000—$50,000 for an "AA" violation and an additional $25,000 for an "A" violation. Allure of Pinecrest in Mount Morris was fined a total of $52,200; this includes $50,000 for an "AA" violation and $2,200 for a B violation. St. Paul’s Senior Community in Belleville faced a fine of $50,000.

The public is encouraged to file complaints with IDPH against any licensed healthcare facility in Illinois if necessary. Information on how to file such complaints is available through IDPH.
