Mary C. Pipala, 67, of Monee, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at her home. She is survived by her husband Greg Pipala, sons Phil Pipala and Nick Pipala, grandson Andrew Pipala, brother-in-law Jeff Pipala, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mary, known for her Irish heritage, dedicated time as a volunteer for "TCF" The Compassionate Friends and had a rewarding career at CBRE for 15 years. She cherished close relationships with friends and family, enjoyed traveling, and took great pleasure in attending her grandson Andrew's baseball games. A fan of the Chicago White Sox, Mary was also an advocate for animals.

Preceding her in death were her parents, William and Loretta Burke, her son Brad Pipala, and her brother Dan Burke.

Family and friends are invited to gather at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, located at 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423, on Thursday, January 9, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 10, 2025, with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Catholic Church (19515 115th Avenue, Mokena, IL 60448) at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in Alsip, IL. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Make a Wish Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital are appreciated.
