Jake Owen is set to perform at the Du Quoin State Fair Grandstand on Friday, August 29. The country music artist has achieved 10 No.1 hit singles and over 2.5 billion U.S. on-demand streams.

"We are committed to a diverse lineup of Grandstand acts," stated Jerry Costello II, Director of the Illinois Department of Agriculture. "Country artists are a crowd favorite in southern Illinois, and we are excited to bring Jake Owen to the Du Quoin State Fair."

Owen's career includes a collection of gold and platinum records. Known for his laid-back style, he has produced hits such as "Barefoot Blue Jean Night," "Beachin'," "Anywhere With You," "Alone With You" and "The One That Got Away." In addition to his musical success, Owen has released nine albums, headlined tours worldwide, and appeared in the film Our Friend (2019).

In 2024, Owen concluded his performance schedule with 30 show dates as part of The Heartbreak on The Map Tour alongside Dan + Shay.

"Jake Owen gives his all during his performances, and the crowd responds by singing along with their favorite hit songs," said Du Quoin State Fair Manager Luke Davison. "This is going to be an iconic summer concert at the Du Quoin State Fair."

Tickets for the concert will be available starting Friday, January 31 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster. The Du Quoin State Fair is scheduled from August 22 to September 1. More information can be found at dsf.illinois.gov/.
