Charles E. Day, Army Veteran, Dies at 72

Charles E. Day, an Army Veteran and devoted husband to Sandra Day, passed away. He was the loving father of Stacie Hess and grandfather of Tyler, Kyle, and Bailie. Day is also survived by his siblings Sheila Montet and Barbara Stephens. He was a lifetime member of Local 150 International Union of Operating Engineers. Visitation will be on Friday from 3-8 p.m. The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Lawn Funeral Home. Interment will be private. For more information, call (708) 532-3100.
