Patrick D. Concannon, renowned chef and owner of Osteria Ottimo and Mamma Maria's Restaurant in Orland Park, has passed away at the age of 54. He is survived by his wife Stephanie Hansen, daughters Alyssa Vanderzanden and Lexi Carrick, and their daughter Charlie. Patrick was the son of Maria Concannon, brother of Josefa and Jacob Concannon, and son-in-law of the late Chuck and Carol Hansen. He was also a brother-in-law to Paul Hansen, Kristi Rubin, and Anne Walk. Patrick, known as "Abuelo" to his granddaughter, had a love for good food, fine wine, golf, hockey, and rock and roll music. He was a dear friend and partner in crime to chef Laco. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. at Lawn Funeral Home in Tinley Park, IL. Interment will be at the family lot.
