Dolores J. Pila Kasmer | Richard J. Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services - Homer Glen

Dolores J. Pila Kasmer (nee Houston), 89, of Orland Park, formerly of Oak Lawn, passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Alfred Kasmer and the late Joseph C. Pila. Dolores was the loving mother of Joseph T. (Dana) Pila and Michael A. (Nina) Pila. She was the devoted grandmother of Joseph Pila, Michael B. (Kristin) Pila, Jessica (Eric) Lundgren, and the late Adam Pila. Dolores was also the great-grandmother of Casey, Michael D., and Jake. She was the cherished daughter of the late Truman and Elsie Houston and the dear sister of Sam (Judy) Houston, the late Richard, Nancy, Robert Daniel, William, Suanne, and John. Dolores leaves behind her nieces and nephews, Ronald (Kelly) Houston and Kristin (Alan) Siefert.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, starting at 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Chapel Service at 11:00 a.m. at RICHARD J MODELL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 12641 W. 143rd Street, Homer Glen. Interment will take place at St. Mary Cemetery.

Dolores was a member of Pioneer of America and found joy in reading and watching television.
