Hannah "Kat" Lebert, 24, passed away suddenly. She was the cherished daughter of Karen and John P. Lebert, and the loving sister of Natalie. Hannah was the beloved granddaughter of Albert (the late Jean) Wend and the late John R. (the late Geraldine) Lebert. She was the dear niece of Rita Zalewski, Mary Ann (Michael) Burke, Kathleen (Denver) Worker, Mark (Catherine) Lebert, Paul (Anne) Lebert, and David Wend. Hannah is also survived by many loving cousins.

A visitation will be held on Monday, January 27 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at RICHARD J MODELL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 12641 W 143rd Street, Homer Glen.

Interment will be private.

Hannah had a special gift for drawing and painting, and she had a deep love for art. She was a free spirit, curious about the world, and found joy in exploring nature.
