Stefania Podgorska, née Badon, aged 103, passed away on March 5, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Rudolf Podgorski and the loving mother of Stanley (Teresa) Podgorski, Helena (Frank) Podgorski-Scimeca, the late Roman (Wanda) Podgorski, and Rudolf (Anna) Podgorski. Stefania was the dear grandmother of ten, great-grandmother of ten, and great-great-grandmother of three. She was the fond sister of Stanislawa Misiaszek and predeceased by siblings Jan, Jozef, Wladyslaw, Stanislaw, and Franciszek Badon. Stefania is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Visitation to honor Stefania will be held on March 7, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home and Crematorium in Justice, Illinois. The Funeral Prayers and Procession will occur on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM from the funeral home to Saint Fabian Church in Bridgeview for a Mass at 12:00 PM, followed by Interment at Resurrection Cemetery.
