William "Bill" Leyser, 85, of Kankakee, passed away on March 9, 2025, at Westwood Oaks. Born in Chicago, Bill worked as a machinist for Spraying System Company before retiring to Las Vegas. He enjoyed coin collecting, fishing, and travelling across the U.S. with his wife, Verna. Bill will be remembered for his love of family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Verna Thinnes, and other relatives. A memorial visitation and service will be held on March 13, 2025, at Maternity B.V.M. Catholic Church.
