Mary L. Wolski | Ryan-Tews Funeral Home
Along her career path, Mary worked in New York City, Denver, and St. Louis before returning to Flint, Michigan. At Mott Children’s Health Center and Hurley Hospital, she served as an RN before becoming Michigan’s first patient advocate, retiring in 1991. Mary valued enduring friendships, including one with Frankie Perry. Known for her ability to connect with others, Mary enjoyed discussing literature and movies, and exploring her artistic side with watercolors and poetry. A lover of laughter, fun, and early morning yoga, she found solace and inspiration in the works of Mary Oliver.
