Felipa G. Diosdado, a beloved matriarch known for her unwavering faith and deep love for her family, peacefully passed away on July 6, 2025, in Chicago, Illinois, at the age of 100. Born on May 7, 1925, in Guanajuato, Mexico, Felipa's life was a shining example of resilience, devotion, and service.

Felipa, a devoted wife, loving mother, and guiding light to her children, is remembered by her extensive family, including her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Her legacy of love and compassion will forever be cherished by those whose lives she touched.

Throughout her life, Felipa was a dedicated employee at Marshal Fields for over 25 years, where her kindness and commitment to excellence left a lasting impact. Her strong faith in God and her Catholic beliefs were the foundation of her life, leading her to create a home filled with warmth, love, and spiritual nourishment. She found joy in cooking, shopping, and bringing friends and family together, embodying Mother Teresa's words by doing small things with great love.

Felipa's life was a testament to the power of love, service, and faith. Her legacy of kindness and generosity will continue to guide and inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her. As we celebrate Felipa's remarkable life, we are reminded of the beauty and grace that radiated from her each day.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium in Justice, Illinois, with a funeral service following at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Mount Auburn Cemetery in Stickney, Illinois.
