Homer Glen - Phil Ciolkosz, 69, a Marine Veteran, passed away. He was the loving husband of Pat, devoted father of John (Kelsey) Ciolkosz, Jason (Janet), and Amy (James), and the cherished grandfather of Braelynn, Colton, Autumn, Nathan, Waylan, Archer, and Ramona. Phil was the dear brother of Christine (the late Larry) and also leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

A Memorial Visitation will take place on Sunday, October 12, starting at 12:00 pm until the time of the Service at 3:00 pm at RICHARD J. MODELL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES; 12641 W. 143rd St, Homer Glen.

Phil Ciolkosz was known for his selflessness, always prioritizing his loved ones above himself, and treasuring his time with them more than anything else. His love, sense of humor, passion for life, and exceptional batting practice will be deeply missed.
