Orland Park, IL - Joseph P. "Joe" Stanton, age 81, passed away, leaving behind a legacy of laughter, love, and a delightful sense of humor that endeared him to all who knew him.

A dedicated small business owner in the telecommunications field, Joe was recognized for his commitment, compassion, and his ability to uplift others with his jokes and generous nature.

Predeceased by his beloved parents, Joseph and Jennie Stanton, along with his grandparents and cherished aunts and uncles, Joe's family and friends will deeply miss his warmth and quick wit.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3-8 p.m. at Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home in Orland Park. The funeral service will take place on Thursday, starting at 8:45 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a Mass at 9:30 a.m. at St. Michael Church. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
